- Only one entr y will be accepted per person.

- The competition commences 18/2/2007 and entries will close 12pm 1/11/2007.
- Photocopy entr y forms will not be accepted.
- Entries that illegible or incomplete or received after the closing date will be declared void.
- Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an other wise prize claim.
- The directors, management, employees and their immediate families of OzQuest Mortgage Centre, YRT (Yamaha Racing Team) and Caprice Technology are ineligible to enter.
- The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion.
- If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

- All entries will be decided by random draw and will be notified by phone call or email and will be published in The Australian newspaper on the 1st week in November, 2007.
- If the prize remains unclaimed after 3 months the promoter will redraw the prize and will announce the winner in The Australian newspaper 1st week of Februar y and will also be notified by email phone.
- The first valid entr y drawn will win a Yamaha 2006 R6 value $17,000.
- The second valid entr y drawn will win a weekend at Outrigger Ettalong beach resort for two and a one nights meal cooked by an award winning chef value $1000.
- The third valid entr y drawn will win a Caprice Digital Hi-Fi sound system value $450.
- The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
- The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The value of the prize shown is a guide only and is correct at time of printing.
- Promoter does not take any responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes.
